In the event that any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The titles of this Agreement shall be construed only as a reference and not as essential parts of this Agreement. Subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement, Seller grants the Business Partner, for the lifetime, a non-exclusive right and license to: (a) market the Software to the End User; (b) acquire software licenses for distribution to end users; and (c) distribute software and licenses to end users. The Business Partner may use the Supplier`s names, trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names and logos in connection with the Software („Trademarks“) for advertising, distribution and promotion of the Software to the End User. .
